Job Description

OVERVIEW:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our global sales team for Managed Trading Services on a Product Sales Support Specialist role. You will be part of an international team, supporting our sales directors & serving as a key connection point between operations, billing, accounting, legal and other internal departments for daily administrative and operational processes.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, solution-oriented, reliable, and eager to excel in every task individual. Our international environment, broad selection of tech products and services, high variety of day-to-day activities make this position diverse and challenging.

THE CHALLENGE:
  • 360° support of our commercial team. You will:
    • assist our team on all stages of the sales funnel, focusing on admin tasks in our CRM system.
    • support the team in the workflow of contract preparation, legal approval and signature process.
    • work closely with our billing team by curating billing process for active clients
    • use multiple internal tools (Salesforce, QlickSense, Confluence, JIRA, MS Suit) in your day-to-day tasks
  • Inter-team work and communication. You can expect:
    • Day-to-day communication with our awesome global sales team.
    • Cooperation and communication with multiple teams, working together on various post-sale processes
YOUR PROFILE:
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office (MS Excel).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Strong attention to detail & strive to get things right.
  • Well organized and structured approach to tasks.
  • Strong drive for results & deadline-focus.
  • An "I'll get-it-done" & "there's no problem without a solution" attitude in everything you do.
  • Flexibility and ability to work under pressure.
It's also great if you are:
  • Familiar with CRM systems, Salesforce experience preferred.
  • Coming with experience on a similar role
  • Passionate and interested in sports, betting/gambling.
  • Knowledgeable in advertising technology.
  • Speaking any additional language (Spanish/Portuguese).

The minimum monthly salary for this position is according to Collective Bargaining Agreement, overpayment will be considered depending on qualifications and working experience.
