Your position
As a Global Operational Excellence Specialist, you will be a part of the global team reporting to the Head of Operational Excellence. In this position, you will act as the global change agent and facilitator on the Operations Excellence Transformation journey. You will also collaboratively implement the Operations Excellence vision, strategy, and policies, as well as develop and deploy the RHI Magnesita Operations Excellence System (OES production system). Your focus lies in the further rollouts and maintenance of the RHI Magnesita OES to ensure global standardization, cost-effectiveness, and competitiveness. In this role, you will be travelling to RHI Magnesita locations globally for up to 50% of your working time.

- Driving and supporting all lean activities
- Deploying standards and description of methods & processes and developing respective documentation
- Analysing processes or disruptions, identifying weak points, developing solutions and supporting the implementation
- Evaluating costs & benefits of the project and controlling the implementation of measures
- Preparing, distributing and training subject and method knowledge and sharing best practices
- Communicative, problem-solving oriented and easily adaptable
- A technical university degree & profound lean management know how
- Several years of relevant working experience
- Very good handling of MS Office
