As an intern for the Online Shop & LomoLAB team at Lomography, your duties will include:
- Help managing day-to-day operations of the online shop including customer support & order processing
- Help managing returns, exchanges and refunds from direct channel customers
- Assist in product testing and shootings with our in house photo and video teams
- Help to optimize product and category pages
- assist the LomoLAB team with film development and scanning tasks during busy times in the lab
- Very good communication skills
- Fluent in English - any additional language is a plus
- Good camera / photography knowledge
- Well organized, detail oriented & curious to explore new fields of work
- Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office
- Focused on solutions, happy to search for workarounds
- Proactive and independent working style, open minded personality
- Experience in customer service, retail, blogging, copy writing, magazine editing or alike is an extra plus
