Your new adventure

As an OEM Engine Integration Specialist, you support aircraft manufacturers and partners in the correct installation and operation of Rotax aircraft engines. Acting as a technical interface between OEMs, the distribution network, and internal teams, you contribute to successful engine integration projects, knowledge transfer, and the continuous improvement of installation standards and documentation.
Your responsibilities
  • Manage ongoing engine integration and design-in projects with OEM aircraft manufacturers.
  • Provide technical consulting to OEMs and partners to ensure correct engine installation and operation.
  • Monitor compliance with installation manuals and support acceptance checks during integration phases.
  • Plan, execute, and document measurement campaigns and technical evaluations.
  • Develop and share integration know-how with OEM partners, sales network, and internal teams.
  • Contribute to the improvement of installation and operating manuals and support documentation updates.
  • Maintain project status documentation and coordinate activities with the distribution network.
  • Support the definition and optimization of engine integration processes and required hardware setup.
  • Apply a solution-oriented approach to support customers during integration challenges.
Your profile
  • Technical College (HTL) or university degree (Bachelor/Master) in engine engineering, aviation, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in aviation, engine systems, or technical integration environments.
  • Strong technical understanding of aircraft or engine installation processes.
  • Structured and solution-oriented working style with strong communication skills.
  • Fluent English
  • Willingness to travel 30-50%
We offer

The minimum salary for this position is EUR 60,962.32 € gross/year in accordance with the collective agreement for the metal industry. Depending on your qualifications and professional experience, we offer an attractive and performance-related salary with corresponding overpayment.
