We have an exciting product launch in the cardiovascular field on the horizon that you won't want to miss!

Main tasks and responsibilites:
  • Act as Medical Therapeutic Area Expert and provide scientific consultancy services to internal and external partners
  • Closely collaborate with cross functional cluster nucleus and/ or country implementation teams, co-owning the strategy and proactively supporting it
  • Proof medical correctness of promotional material & accordance with local laws & regulations
  • Hold presentations on product specific topics (e.g. HCP roundtables), contribute to trainings and support conduct of local events (e.g. speaker briefings)
  • Collaborate with Cluster Medical Manager and provides relevant information to nucleus by collecting and sharing country insights
  • Develop & execute Thought Leader engagement plans in alignment with nuclei
  • Serve as scientific point of contact for thought leaders, cultivate relationships by regular contacts
  • Create medical content and support handling of requests

You are open to new challenges and have the following qualifications / experience:
  • University degree preferably in Human Medicine, Veterinary Medicine, Pharmacy Studies or another scientific study & "Pharmareferentenprüfung"
  • 5-7 years of relevant professional experience
  • Experienced in agile way of working as well as strong intercultural and relationship building skills
  • Excellent facilitation skills (small and large group, peer-to-peer) & digital and project management skills
  • Ability to listen, learn, reflect, develop and implement innovative ideas and creative concepts & solutions from the customer perspective - creative mindset
  • Ability to work resiliently in a complex environment, across functions and in cross-functional teams
  • Being able to work independently with minimal guidance; determine own priorities and monitor own resources
  • Proven ability to think strategically and act operationally
  • Focus on outcomes, take initiative, speak up, be decisive
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English - both verbally and in writing

The gross annual salary (on a full-time basis) for this position is € 76.852,-- (14 salaries) depending on your qualifications and professional experience.
