Job Summary
Als Material Quality Engineer (m/w/d) - mit Schwerpunkt Elektrotechnik und Mechatronik - bist du der Schlüssel zu unserer Qualitätssicherung! Du übernimmst spannende Aufgaben, die sowohl technische Expertise als auch Kommunikationsgeschick erfordern.
Das erwartet dich bei uns:
- Qualität im Fokus: Überprüfe und dokumentiere die Qualität unserer zeichnungs-gebundenen Anlieferteile mit Schwerpunkt auf Elektrotechnik und Mechanik
- Lieferantenentwicklung: Sei aktiv bei der Auswahl und Entwicklung unserer Lieferanten dabei
- Audits und Freigaben: Plane und führe Lieferantenaudits durch und begleite Muster-bauten, um sicherzustellen, dass unsere Standards eingehalten werden
- Kontinuierliche Verbesserung: Überwache unsere Lieferanten und leite Maßnahmen zur Weiterentwicklung der Produkte und Prozesse ab
- Proaktive Problemlösung: Unterstütze uns bei Lieferantenreklamationen und sei Teil des Lösungsprozesses
- Technische Ausbildung für Elektrotechnik, Mechatronik (Lehre, HTL, ...)
- Erfahrung in der Bearbeitung von Freigaben sowie fundierten Kenntnissen im Bereich Elektronik bzw. Mechatronik
- Ausgeprägtes technisches Verständnis und idealerweise eine Auditoren-Ausbildung mit praktischer Erfahrung
- Eine selbstständige und präzise Arbeitsweise
- Kommunikationsstärke in Deutsch und Englisch - du bist der Ansprechpartner für interne und externe Partner
- Teamplayer-Mentalität - du bringst dich ein und ziehst mit dem Team an einem Strang
