Your Responsibilities:

• Manage content conception processes in Marketing Automation
• Configure and implement solutions for clients
• Plan and implement rough and detailed concepts with partner solutions
• Advise clients on project-specific topics in digital marketing
• Support presales process and conduct customer workshops
• Build and maintain customer relationships
• Configure and customize SAP marketing solution Emarsys
• Stay updated on product developments and complete certifications

Your Profile:

• 3+ years of experience in marketing automation
• Having worked with Emarsys, SAP Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Marketing, or Hubspot
• Excellent communication skills in German (C2 level) and English (C1 level)
• Knowledge of REST APIs and data modeling
• Enjoy conceptual and analytical tasks
• Strong intercultural skills and willingness to travel (approx. 20% of working time)
• Beneficial Skills: Experience in IT application implementation and configuration in CX area, Knowledge of CSS and HTML, Familiarity with agile development processes (SCRUM, KANBAN)
