- Responsibility for and development of expertise in the assigned production equipment for lithography
- Configuration and installation of new equipment
- Repair, maintenance, modifications, and continuous monitoring of the equipment, including systematic equipment analysis
- Commissioning and requalification of equipment in collaboration with the process engineer
- Independently resolving issues as part of on-call service
- Leading and participating in improvement projects for optimization/modification of existing systems
- Acting as a liaison with equipment manufacturers and external service technicians
- Collaboration with internal teams (Production, Engineering, Facility)
- Creation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of maintenance plans and procedures
- Documentation of results / preparation of work instructions, training materials, and procedures
- Planning and conducting training sessions
- Spare parts management
- Completed technical education (higher technical school/technical college or vocational education with several years of technical experience
- Experience in the fields of engineering, mechatronics, electronics or electrical engineering
- Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting capability
- Takes over responsibility, works independently and makes decisions
- Willingness to learn and problem-solving skills
- Flexible in terms of changes (including coverage or priorities)
- On-call duty (every 4 weeks)
- Team player and communicates proactively
- Apply systematic methods in problem solving (QRQC)
- Fluent in German and good English skills
