LCS Specialist

APPLYOur client, very successful multinational company, global leader in Machinery Manufacturing and one of the most desirable employer, is looking for Contract Lifecycle Specialist (Serbia/Belgrade). We are looking for a specialist to manage and administate all aspects of a contract, from its initial project setup/implementation in SAP, supply chain coordination and all other phases of the contract execution so that contract obligations are met, customers are satisfied, objectives and KPI’s are fulfilled, and negotiation through to its eventual expiration or renewal. In this role, you get an excellent chance to utilize your previous experience and put it into action.Your skills and abilities:
  • 3+ years of experience in project/contract management or customer care field
  • Previous experience in manufacturing, construction, maintenance or mining related industry is welcomed
  • Capacity to understand and present financial and KPIs of contracts
  • Capability to articulate and communicate topics within the area of expertise
  • Knowledge of SAP
  • Fluent English speaker (B1/B2)
  • Ability to work in a team atmosphere
  • Client skills including building and managing relationships, negotiating and understanding of customer needs and market requirements
  • Knowledge of project management strategies and processes
  • A good level of computer skills is essential
  • Ability to work in a multi-cultural and multi-language atmospheree
  • Must be capable of effectively and accurately working on several projects at one time, and organizing, prioritizing tasks, decision making and working in a fast-paced environment
These will be some of your responsibilities:
  • Act as a leader to bring execution team together to achieve contract targets and beyond
  • Identify deviations and propose corrective actions
  • Act as a link from the market area to the organization
  • Processing of claims requests from both market area, distributors and customers
  • Monitoring of sales backlog and ensuring proper communication with order management
  • Adhere to lean processes and KPI requirements set by Customer Logistics
  • Communication of any order changes needed to order management and to market area
  • Communicate with customers to clarify issues
  • Always look for solutions to satisfy customers
  • Carry out performance and main operational aspects of contracts (finance, schedules and deadlines, KPIs and quality)
  • Plan and schedule for project execution and/or large shutdown activities
  • Participate in the contract renewal process
