We are looking for a Knowledge Steward who will be a part of the Sales Enablement Team in the Growth & Marketing division at Graphwise. The Sales Enablement Team is developing the Graphwise Knowledge Hub as a central application for our sales enablement strategy on top of Graphwise Platform and powered by the Graphwise Knowledge Graph. The team is also responsible for the Graphwise Certification program and technical documentation for Graphwise platform.

About the Role
The Knowledge Steward's main responsibility is to select, create, curate and maintain sales enablement content in order to maximize the value of the organization's knowledge and with a priority goal of supporting the company's sales enablement initiatives. In addition the Knowledge Steward should help to curate and extend the Graphwise Knowledge Graph with a focus on the development of the taxonomies that are part of it.
Overall the Knowledge Steward works to manage knowledge assets, build and maintain collaborative relationships with the other enterprise departments, as well as design and govern processes and practices which ensure efficient knowledge management, sharing and alignment in the company. The work of the Knowledge Steward ultimately aims at ensuring stakeholders (e.g. sales team members, product-led growth team members ) have the right information at the right time within the right context.
In your role, you will collaborate with the other Knowledge Steward in the team to identify and address content gaps, either by creating content yourself and/or coordinating with subject matter experts to produce it and approve it. You will create content on a daily basis, based on the requests the team has and the strategic priorities and business direction. You will also work across teams to bring alignment and standardization across the concepts used in organizational communication.

Your Main Responsibilities:
- Assemble sales enablement materials. Collaborate closely with the marketing team to identify intersections and overlapping tasks related to content management and production.
- Find and reuse existing content assets, while adhering to the editorial and brand style guide, brand tone, and sales enablement directions.
- Research topics and Graphwise technologies during the Discovery phase of any given content task
- Work closely with the Graphwise Knowledge Hub team and support the curation and maintenance of the Graphwise Knowledge Graph with focus on taxonomies and content design.
- Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams, as well as other enterprise departments, to ensure smooth communication processes and well managed content assets such as sales enablement materials, internal documentation, guidelines, presentations etc.
- Test prototypes, propose features that support content production and management, try out new ways of making use of the Graphwise Knowledge Hub to support our sales team, our employees and customers to be better and faster on-boarded on our solutions.
- University degree in Library Science, Humanities, Social Sciences, Journalism, or Communications - or working experience as a content writer, content manager
- 2+ years of relevant content experience including both strategic planning and hands-on execution
- Experience in a technical domain that is centered around interoperable data and AI. Some background in taxonomies and knowledge graphs and Semantic Web would be ideal
- Excellent writing and editing skills in English
- Ability to meet deadlines and follow prioritization of workflows
- Commitment to balancing multiple tasks, often with different deadlines and requirements.
- Passion to write clear and concise copy
- Hands-on experience with Content Management Systems (e.g. WordPress)
- Experience doing research using multiple sources
- Familiarity with web publications
- Experience working with stakeholders of various backgrounds and roles
- Passion for good metadata quality
