Our client is an internationally recognized technology leader, operating worldwide across premium mobility solutions and medical technologies. At its modern facility in the Villach area, the company develops and manufactures highly specialized products. It is a world-leading developer of innovative assistive devices and patient-handling equipment.
As part of the growth of our International Quality team, we are looking for an entry-level candidate or a career switcher. Our ideal candidate is highly motivated, detail-oriented, and an exceptional communicator. In this pivotal role, you will be guided and trained step-by-step in quality and complaint management, taking full responsibility for accurately managing international client inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Efficient Complaint Processing: Receive, input, and assess worldwide product complaints in English with high accuracy.
- Root Cause Analysis (RCA) Support: Collaborate with cross-functional R&D, Production, and Quality teams to investigate technical issues utilizing tools like 5-Why and Fishbone analysis.
- International Communication & Documentation: Maintain and update complaint files in English, monitor deadlines, and write objective investigation reports for international clients and partners.
- Quality Standards Support: Gain expertise in international regulatory requirements (such as ISO 13485) and contribute to quality documentation and reporting.
What You Bring:
- Language skills (Must-Have requirement) : Written and spoken English (at least C1 level). You are comfortable communicating in English on a daily basis (Note: The initial interview will be conducted in English).
- Education: Background in a technical or business-related field-whether through a technical school degree, internship, or Bachelor's (such as Engineering or International Business).
- Previous Job Experience: Initial practical experience gained through internships or entry-level roles in technical support, customer service, or quality assurance is an advantage. Enthusiastic graduates and entry-level applicants are very welcome!
- Mindset: Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills, a problem-solving drive, and a structured, methodical way of working.
- Additional Qualifications: German skills are a plus, as is Italian. Proficiency in MS Office and an enthusiasm for working with modern software platforms.
