You will be responsible to:

• Offer technical support and troubleshooting for computer hardware, software, mobile devices, and other technological products.
• Handle first and second-level technical support, including calls, tickets, and user interactions.
• Respond quickly to IT-related inquiries from end-users.
• Accurately document all user interactions in the 'Service Now' ticketing system (e.g., incidents, requests).
• Develop, maintain, and utilize knowledge base articles.
• Conduct IT onboarding training sessions for new employees.
• Participate in initiatives aimed at continuous improvements

Requirements:

• Language proficiency: Fluent in both German and English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• High attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently in an organized manner.
• Collaborative team player with a supportive attitude.
• IT environments experience is a plus (e.g., GxP).
• Candidates must provide a criminal record certificate no older than 3 months.
