IT Support Engineer
100% Remote in Slovakia
Your Responsibilities:
- Operation of applications and control, monitoring and troubleshooting of systems and interfaces
- Take part in the 3rd level of support for tickets management
- Be involved in quality assurance
- Act as technical contact person for the assigned applications and services
- Participate in on-call duties
Your Profile:
- Completed technical studies or comparable professional experience
- High ability to work with Linux and Windows systems
- Knolwedge in Bash/Shell scripting
- Experience in handling different commands in SQL databases ( preferred Oracle)
- Proactive and motivated attitude, with passion for technologies and interest in self-improvement
- Fluent English is necessary
