IT Support Engineer

100% Remote in Slovakia

Your Responsibilities:

• Operation of applications and control, monitoring and troubleshooting of systems and interfaces
• Take part in the 3rd level of support for tickets management
• Be involved in quality assurance
• Act as technical contact person for the assigned applications and services
• Participate in on-call duties

Your Profile:

• Completed technical studies or comparable professional experience
• High ability to work with Linux and Windows systems
• Knolwedge in Bash/Shell scripting
• Experience in handling different commands in SQL databases ( preferred Oracle)
• Proactive and motivated attitude, with passion for technologies and interest in self-improvement
• Fluent English is necessary
