Our client is not a typical "slides-only" consultancy; they are a boutique firm of experts who deliver high-end technical solutions in System Integration, AI, and PLM. We are seeking a technical specialist who bridges the gap between deep Siemens Teamcenter administration and efficient Project Operations.

In this role, you aren't just maintaining a database; you are the technical architect ensuring that engineering projects run smoothly within a digital ecosystem.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • PLM Core Administration: Full ownership of the Siemens Teamcenter environment, including configuration, BMIDE (Business Modeler IDE), Workflow design, and Access Manager.

  • Technical Project Administration: Structuring project environments within the PLM system, managing permissions/ACLs, and ensuring data models align with specific project lifecycles.

  • System Evolution: Leading updates, migrations, and the integration of PLM with CAD (NX/SolidWorks) and ERP landscapes.

  • Process Automation: Working on interfaces and automated data exchange (ideally using modern middleware or integration tools).

  • Consulting & Support: Acting as the technical "Right Hand" to Project Managers, translating business requirements into scalable technical workflows.

Your Profile

  • Teamcenter Specialist: Proven experience in the administration and configuration of Siemens Teamcenter (Active Workspace & Rich Client).

  • Project Mindset: You understand that "Project Administration" is the backbone of engineering. You know how to set up technical structures that empower teams rather than restrict them.

  • Technical Versatility: Solid knowledge of SQL databases and server architectures. Scripting skills (ITK, Java, C++, or Python) are a significant advantage.

  • Language: Fluent English (C1) is mandatory. German is a "nice-to-have" but not required for this position.

  • Problem-Solver DNA: You enjoy working in a lean, agile environment where results matter more than corporate politics.

What's in it for you?

  • High Tech, Low Ego: Work in a highly specialized team that values technical excellence and direct communication.

  • Flexibility: Modern work-life balance with remote work options and flexible scheduling.

  • Impact: See the direct result of your work in high-stakes international engineering projects.

  • Innovation: Opportunities to touch adjacent technologies like AI-integration and Cloud-native architectures.

  • Competitive Salary: For this position, the minimum gross annual salary starts at € 50,000 (overpayment possible depending on your specific experience, technical depth (e.g., BMIDE, ITK), and project administration track record.
