Company Description

Operations Reporting & Analytics is a team of data experts supporting data-driven projects within the Operations department, making data and analysis available for fact-based decisions.

To strengthen our HQ team, we are looking for an Intern with a technical affinity. You will support the team in translating business requirements into technical concepts and driving the development of the Business Intelligence landscape in close collaboration with the IT team.

We are looking for a motivated talent who can join us as soon as possible for a period of 6 months.

Job Description

DEVELOP THE CONCEPT

In this exciting internship, you'll help the team act as a translator between business and IT by delivering data integration and reporting projects. You'll be responsible for supporting the gathering and analysis of requirements from the operations teams.

DOCUMENT AND TEST

You'll prepare the documentation of the business requirements for the IT implementation, as well as the end-user documentation for the final reports and dashboards. You'll support to perform testing and quality assurance.

VIZUALIZE DATA

Another aspect of this role is the creation of a standard dashboard solution on various operational topics for colleagues located worldwide, as well as the maintenance of existing data visualisations.

Qualifications
  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from university degree in the field of business administration, operations or supply chain management
  • Fluent in English, German is a plus
  • First experience with reporting or dashboarding applications
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, structured thinker with analytical skills
  • Knowledge in any other tool as SAP ERP, SAP Analytics Cloud, R or Python is beneficial

Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is € 2.095,00 gross per month.
