Job Description
- Creation and implementation of high-quality dessert concepts for an international VIP clientele
- On-site role at Formula 1 Grand Prix weekends in the Paddock Club™
- Ensuring our quality and service standards
- Collaboration with operations and service teams
- Contributing to the development of menus and food concepts
Off-season / Race Break: - Role as a Pastry Chef in one of our DO & CO fine dining restaurants in Vienna
- High level of creativity with a strong sense of aesthetics and presentation
- Completed culinary training and several years of experience as a pastry chef
- Experience in fine dining, upscale catering, or event gastronomy
- Valid work permit for Austria
- Structured working style and strong leadership skills
- Flexibility and willingness to travel internationally
- Excellent English skills; additional languages are an advantage
- Team-oriented mindset and ability to work independently
- We offer a gross monthly salary of €4,000, plus additional compensation for Formula 1 races & other international events
