Job Description:

Your tasks:
  • general secretarial tasks
  • Organisational and financial activities
  • personnel agendas
Your profile:
  • Completed commercial apprenticeship or business school, sound knowledge of all processes required in secretarial work, in particular ordering and accounting, organisation of events and PR activities
  • Very good IT skills (especially MS Office); excellent spelling skills; knowledge of English, SAP and project management as well as website and social media management are also an advantage
  • Willingness to undergo further professional training, communication skills, flexibility and ability to work under pressure, organisational talent, ability to work in a team, ability to work independently, commitment

For this position in job group IIb, a minimum gross salary of € 1.310 per month (14 times) * is stipulated in the collective agreement. Your actual starting salary will depend on your previous experience and will increase over the course of your employment.
