- Optimizing production processes by analyzing and improving capacity, efficiency, and costs (e.g., test wafer reduction, OEE increase)
- Strategic capacity planning considering equipment, personnel, and material needs (including the SnOP process)
- Reporting & KPI Management: Developing and maintaining reports, defining relevant KPIs, monitoring performance, and deriving actions to achieve goals
- Layout and logistics planning for optimal space utilization and ensuring efficient material flows
- Close collaboration with production, logistics, and engineering to eliminate bottlenecks and ensure optimal manufacturing control
- Technical or business background: Completed degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Process Engineering, Production Engineering, or a similar field
- Ideally, experience in semiconductor production or a similarly complex, highly automated manufacturing environment
- Analytical and conceptual skills for optimizing complex production processes
- Experience with KPI definition, reporting, and data analysis, ideally with tools like PowerBI, SQL, or APF (Applied Materials)
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and/or Six Sigma is a plus
- Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate efficiently with various departments such as Engineering, Production, and SCM
- Initiative and a structured approach to independently drive projects and develop solutions
- Excellent English skills (fluent, both written and spoken)
