Job Description
This position is subject to the Collective Agreement for Employees in the Retail Sector. Your actual performance-related salary will depend on your experience and qualifications.
The position offers a gross monthly salary starting from EUR 4,500.00 on an all-in basis, excluding commissions and travel allowances. Depending on your qualifications and experience, an attractive market-based overpayment is, of course, possible.

Job Description
- Overall responsibility for business performance in Austria
- Development and implementation of measures to increase sales and revenue
- Development of sales strategies
- Budget planning and management
- Leadership and development of the sales team
- Organization of employee training programs
- Preparation of reports and presentations for the General Manager and auditors
- Market monitoring and close collaboration with the Marketing team
- Conducting sales negotiations and visiting key accounts
- Completed professional or academic education, or several years of relevant sales experience, combined with a strong understanding of business and commercial matters
- Proven sales experience is essential
- Strong negotiation skills and a sales-driven mindset
- Team-oriented personality with strong leadership skills
- Excellent organizational and communication skills and a confident, professional manner
- Entrepreneurial mindset as well as an independent, proactive and committed approach to work
- Good command of English and solid PC/user application skills
