Procurement - Logistics- SCM

Your tasks:

• Develop, adapt and issue group guidelines with regard to all Logistic & Procurement related topics and assure the compliance
• Responsible for optimizing the logistics organization
• Responsible for optimization of efficient warehouse and distribution organization
• Making executive decisions on behalf of general corporate goals with focus on purchasing and supply chain
• Be responsible for negotiating pricing, payment terms, shipping and delivery expectations and work closely with operations, planning and engineering
• Drive improvements to raise efficiency and effectiveness of the departments and processes
• Planning and implementation of cost reduction measures
• Responsibility for supplier relations
• Responsibility for ensuring high-quality and timely procurement
• Collaboration on strategic projects
• Acting as a mentor to team members and driving leadership development

Our requirements to you:

• Well-founded technical and commercial training, ideally HTL /TU or FH degree with a focus on purchasing, SCM, Logistic
• Several years of professional and management experience in the operational area, ideally in capacity optimization and in quality management in the electronic industry
• Entrepreneurial person with creative drive and a high awareness of quality and responsibility
• Excellent German and English
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (advanced skill set), MS Word, and MS PowerPoint
• Strong growth mindset and problem solving ability
• Organizational talent and self-driven personality
