We're looking for an experienced Head of Learning who is passionate about shaping the future of learning and skill development. In this key role, you'll combine operational excellence with innovation - ensuring continuity while creating engaging, impactful learning experiences across our organization.

You'll report to the Head of People Development & Culture and lead a team of experts driving learning initiatives for our Austrian entities - while contributing to international projects and initiatives.

What to do:
  • Align learning priorities with business needs and deliver relevant, engaging learning experiences for all target groups in close collaboration with stakeholders
  • Create and curate high-quality learning content that inspires and drives skills development
  • Lead the transformation from product-oriented to skills-driven learning
  • Drive engagement and adoption of key learning initiatives through campaigns, learning communities, and events
  • Coordinate annual planning, including budgets and resource allocation
  • Ensure team performance and development through effective capacity management and prioritization
  • Identify opportunities for innovation, leveraging new technologies and digital trends in learning
  • Optimize processes and data management to deliver meaningful learning analytics and reporting
  • Manage stakeholder relationships and ensure compliance with regulatory and audit requirements

  • Deep understanding of human behavior and organizational dynamics to foster learning and change
  • Strategic mindset combined with strong operational skills
  • Experience with learning technologies and data-driven insights
  • Proven leadership skills and experience in managing a team of experts
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Fluency in English and German

  • The minimum wage for this full-time position in accordance with the collective agreement with complete fulfillment of the functional profile is EUR 55.176,-- gross per year. But this is just a formality - we would be happy to talk about your actual salary in person!
