Deine Aufgaben:
- Heiße unsere Gäste herzlich willkommen und übernehme alle Aufgaben an der Rezeption mit Sorgfalt.
- Sorge für einen reibungslosen Check-in und Check-out.
- Stehe unseren Gästen für Fragen zur Verfügung, löse Probleme und gestalte ein positives Gästeerlebnis.
- Unterstütze Bar- und Servicetätigkeiten - von der Zubereitung von Getränken bis zur Mithilfe im Food Service.
- Arbeite eng mit deinem Team und anderen Abteilungen zusammen, um einen reibungslosen Ablauf zu gewährleisten.
- Bringe kreative Ideen ein und reagiere auf Gästefeedback, um unseren Service kontinuierlich zu verbessern.
- At least 1 year of experience at the front desk or in a similar role in the hospitality industry.
- Fluent in German and English to confidently support our international guests.
- A warm, communicative, and solution-oriented personality who enjoys making guests happy.
- Flexible and hands-on, willing to support bar and service operations and eager to learn new tasks.
