What You'll Be Doing with Us:
- Serve a variety of beverages and snacks behind the bar according to our standards and recipes.
- Wait tables in the bar area: take orders, deliver food and drinks, and ensure a smooth guest experience.
- Prepare the bar for service, including garnishes, glassware, and stocked supplies.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and service areas throughout your shift.
- Create a friendly, welcoming atmosphere for guests with a positive and professional attitude.
- Handle transactions accurately and follow all cash and card procedures.
- Work efficiently during busy evening hours while supporting your team.
- Collaborate closely with colleagues to ensure smooth operations and excellent service.
- Previous experience in bar service or a similar role in hospitality
- Genuine enjoyment of guest interaction and working in service
- Positive attitude and professional, well-groomed appearance
- Strong team spirit and respectful, collaborative mindset - we value care for both guests and colleagues
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays
- Ability to stay calm and efficient during busy service hours
- Reliability, punctuality, and a proactive work ethic
- A natural host - you take care of our guests and support your team alike
- At least one year experience in food & beverage / waiter or bar experience
