Deine Aufgaben umfassen:
- Gestaltung einzigartiger Event-Erlebnisse zur Umsatzsteigerung
- Organisation aller Details für Veranstaltungen in unseren deutschen und österreichischen Einrichtungen
- Verkauf unserer Hoteldienstleistungen an Kunden
- Kommunikation mit Kunden per Telefon und E-Mail
- Erfüllung von Gästewünschen und Übertreffen von Erwartungen
- Vorbereitung von Angeboten, Verträgen, Rechnungen und mehr
- Planung und Durchführung von Veranstaltungen mit Kreativität und Eigeninitiative
- Zusammenarbeit mit regionalen und internationalen Teams für reibungslose Abläufe

In short, this is what you bring to the table:
- You have at least 1 year experience within Group, Meeting & Event Department
- You are a passionate and enthusiastic sales person who loves to organize and to plan
- You are a people's person who can encourage guests for our hotels
- You have an eye for detail and think along and come with solutions
- German and English needs to be spoken and written fluently
- Knowledge of a property management system is a pré
- You are super commercial and have a passion for hospitality
- Excellent social and communication skills
- Team player, but certainly also capable of working independently
- You never stop learning. Curiosity is a must as we try to stay ahead of the curve
