Onboarding:
- Basic training and introduction to the company structure
- Cross-departmental collaboration and networking
- Independent assumption of responsibilities and tasks
- Understand and apply collective agreements and labor laws in the DACH region
- Conduct analyses of workload distribution and prepare reports
- Contribute to the development of the new planning tool
- Analyze various KPIs and performance metrics
- Prepare duty rosters and review time tracking data
- Implement economic changes and improvements in planning processes
- Participate in various meetings and document outcomes
- Assist in the design and optimization of processes
- Relocation within the group after 1 year is mandatory
- Bachelor's or master's degree is required
- Background in business, human resources and/or logistics is an advantage
- Positive and open demeanor
- Excellent analytical skills
- Proven communication and negotiation skills
- Organized and structured approach to work
- Interest in change and digitalization
- Excellent MS Office skills, especially Excel
- Basic knowledge of labor laws and collective agreements (advantageous)
- Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken
