- Anlagenbezogene Wartung und gesetzliche Überprüfungen (z.B.: Filtertausch und Reinigung von Lüftungsanlagen ...)
- Inspektionen (z.B.: Betrieb der Gebäudeleittechnik, Durchführen von Funktions- und Sicherheitskontrollen)
- Instandsetzung / Reparaturen (z.B.: Aufnahme und Beheben von Störungen, Beseitigen von Verstopfungen)
- Verbesserungen und Abwicklung von Kleinprojekten (z.B.: Erkennen und Umsetzen von Anlagenverbesserungen, Umbauten, Ergänzungen an der technischen Infrastruktur)
- Administration (z.B.: Abstimmungen mit Nutzer:innen, Pflege der elektronischen technischen Dokumentation, Bestellungen, Leistungskontrolle von Fremdfirmen inkl. Lieferscheinen und Rechnungen)
- Abgeschlossene Facharbeiter:innenausbildung der Installations- und Gebäudetechnik oder einer vergleichbaren Ausbildung / Lehre
- Gute Deutschkenntnisse
- Umsetzung der im Berufsbild verankerten Kenntnisse und Bereitschaft zur laufender Weiterbildung
- Selbständige Arbeitsweise bei Behebung der im Rahmen des Gebäudebetriebes auftretenden Störungen und Reparaturen
- Sorgfältige und effiziente Umsetzung der erteilten Arbeitsaufträge
- Wertschätzende Kommunikation mit Mitarbeiter:innen, Nutzer:innen und Fremdfirmen
- Praxis bzw. Zusatzausbildung in der Gebäudeleittechnik von Vorteil
- Grundausbildung AUTOCAD wünschenswert
