Deine Aufgaben:
- Du begrüßt unsere Gäste mit einem warmen Lächeln und kümmerst dich um alle Anliegen am Front Desk.
- Du sorgst für einen reibungslosen Ablauf der Check-ins und Check-outs und bist immer zur Stelle, wenn es Fragen oder Probleme gibt.
- Gemeinsam mit deinem Team entwickelst du kreative Ideen, um das Gästeerlebnis kontinuierlich zu verbessern.
- Du überwachst Gästebewertungen und kümmerst dich um konstruktives Feedback, um unseren Service immer weiter zu optimieren.
- Flexibilität und Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Abteilungen, wie Housekeeping, ist für dich selbstverständlich.
- At least 1 year of experience at the front desk or in a similar position in the hospitality industry.
- Fluent in German and English to confidently support our international guests.
- A warm, communicative, and solution-oriented personality who enjoys making guests happy.
