Flight Dispatcher (f/m/x)

Full-time / Vienna-Austria

YOUR TASKS:

• You will independently and worldwide plan and coordinate corporate flights with ForeFlight planning and LEON Scheduling software.
• You will also arrange and handle the services an A/C requires on ground and for pax, request and obtain the permits to overfly/land in a specific country.
• You will have a network within the company to coordinate your tasks with other departments and with external providers.
• After you have adapted to these tasks within our operation, you will supervise the dispatch team, share your experience, to find the best solutions in day-to-day operations. You enable less experienced team members to grow by sharing your knowledge and supporting them as a mentor.
• You will have to be available from time to time to support the team on short calls as a support coordinator.

YOUR PROFILE:

• Experience as a flight dispatcher in any OCC or knowledge of business aviation is an advantage.
• You have the ability to work as part of a team and make independent operational decisions.
• You seek a dynamic work environment, preferring flexible scheduling and opportunities for professional growth.
• Holder of a valid dispatch License or a comparable license / qualification are preferred.
• You have excellent IT user skills, organizational skills, and assertiveness.
• Excellent communication skills in English. German or any other language is a plus.
• You have the right to work and live in Austria.

• The gross monthly salary range for a full-time position is EUR 2.500 - 3.200, paid out 14 times a year. Salary may be negotiated based on qualifications and experience.
• Bonus allowance for each night shift/public holiday.
