Responsibilities
- Setting up and configuring VR hardware and software for our customers
- Serve as the first point of contact for internal & external Help Desk queries
- Diagnose and resolve basic hardware, software, and network issues
- Maintain records of troubleshooting steps, resolutions, and best practices
- Passion for Technology
- Solid grasp of Windows, Microsoft Office 365, and basic networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Ability to diagnose and resolve basic hardware/software issues
- Fluent German and good English skills, you will work in an English-speaking company
- Competitive gross salary starting at €35,000 per year - potential for overpayment based on experienceFlexible working hours and remote work options
- Full-time permanent contract (38.5 hours/week)
