Field Service Engineer

In this challenging role you will actively support client’s service team by showing initiative, flexibility and customer orientation. In your role as service engineer (m/f/d), you will be a competent and responsible contact person for customers in the CEE region. These will be your tasks:

• You will carry out commissioning, installation and service work such as repairs, inspections, overhauls and maintenance in Croatia and the CEE region
• You will provide technical support and advice to customers
• You will identify product improvements or new needs in cooperation with the sales department
• You will support the sale of products and services through your continuous customer contact management

These are the qualifications we are looking for:

• You have completed a vocational training as a mechatronics engineer, industrial mechanic, electrician or comparable
• You have professional experience in machine and plant construction, ideally in the field of die cast
• You have strong organizational, written and verbal communication skills in English, German language skills are an advantage but not mandatory
• Your sense of urgency to respond to customer requirements as well as a self-starting work style and a willingness to travel complete your profile
