We are working with a leading international provider of end-to-end communications solutions for critical networks. Their focus is on ensuring reliable, efficient, and sustainable production, communication, and processing of voice, data, and video information. With over 700 employees spread across 12 locations in Europe, the headquarters is located in Vienna.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage Repair Services for both Long Term Support (LTS) and ongoing Repair & Return (R&R)
  • Oversee governance of Repair Services processes and requirements
  • Handle Repair Services activities and reporting (performance, costs, etc.)
  • Manage R&R inventory, Rip & Test processes with primary Repair Vendor, source B Class Field Replaceable Units (FRU), and report on LTS material consumption
  • Support testing of C Class material to bolster LTS strategy

Qualifications:

  • Technical education and/or relevant experience
  • Experience in a test environment
  • Proficiency in English, both spoken and written
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation abilities
  • Excellent interpersonal and time management skills; team-oriented

The minimum annual gross salary would be starting at 60,000 euros with overpayment according to actual qualifications and experience.
