Pulling inspiration from mainly Mediterranean, French, German and Italian cuisines, our chefs create pure and surprising dishes meant to be shared. What you'll be doing with us:
- ensure that all mise-en-place is always freshly prepared and on time
- Ensure that all dishes are being prepared to the correct recipe and to the correct quantity
- Anticipated shortages and communicate promptly to the senior chefs.
- Strive to study relevant subjects in preparation for future advancement
- Ensure all HACCP guidelines are being followed and practiced
- Experience as Demi Chef / cook
- Dedication, commitment, discipline and a positive attitude
- Team spirit
