
Data Migration & Test Management Specialist (m/w/d)
Our client, a global company in the energy sector, is looking to strengthen its team.

Location: Vienna, Full-time (flexible working hours & hybrid work)
Your Responsibilities
1) Data Migration - Local Site Level
Aligning local data migration with the overarching global strategy.
Assisting in finalizing the migration scope.
Participating in data migration workshops (validations & requirements).
Creating and maintaining data mappings.
Supporting cleansing and enrichment activities.
Executing data extraction, cleaning, and validation.
Contributing to mock cycles, go-live simulations, and cut-over tasks.
Performing pre- and post-load checks.
Collaborating in the analytics environment (local or satellite reporting).
2) Testing Execution Management
Preparing and planning local ICT (Integration Testing) and UAT (User Acceptance Testing) activities.
Supporting key users in defining and localizing test cases.
Ensuring complete and methodologically correct test documentation.
Controlling and monitoring test progress (passed / failed / blocked).
Coordinating local defect management, including tracking, prioritization, and retesting.
3) Hypercare & End-User Support
Assisting end-users with data and process inquiries during Go-Live and Hypercare phases.
Clarifying, tracking, and documenting local data issues.
Your Qualifications
Excellent knowledge of data analysis (Excel, SQL, Power BI, or comparable tools).
Initial SAP experience, ideally with S/4HANA data objects and migration processes.
Experience or interest in working with AI (e.g., analysis tools, automation).
Very good English skills.
German language skills are an advantage and highly welcomed, but not mandatory.
Education & Experience
Completed university degree (University/FH) or A-levels (Matura) with relevant professional experience.
Ideally, experience in data management, ERP rollouts, or validation processes.
Personal Skills
Structured and precise way of working.
Strong affinity for data, analysis, and process understanding.
Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
