  • Managing, maintaining, and controlling documents and their approval processes (document control)
  • Ensuring compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements in document management
  • Supporting the maintenance and administration of databases
  • Acting as the first point of contact for IT-related inquiries and issues regarding the systems in use
  • Assisting in troubleshooting and resolving IT hardware and software problems
  • Collaborating with IT teams to optimize system processes and workflows
  • Training and supporting users in the use of document management and IT systems
  • Completed commercial or technical education, ideally with a focus on document management, IT, or related fields
  • Experience in document control, quality management, or compliance and experience in IT support, especially handling user queries and troubleshooting
  • Basic knowledge of databases (e.g., MS SQL, Access) and their maintenance as well as understanding of IT security policies and data protection
  • Proficient with common IT systems and office applications (e.g., MS Office, document management systems, web design)
  • Analytical thinking and strong problem solving skills combined with excellent communication abilities and a service oriented approach
  • Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
