APPLYThe Mission: As a Commercial Marketing Specialist (m/f/d), you act as the vital link between our global marketing strategy and local sales execution throughout Europe. Your goal is to empower our European commercial teams by transforming complex product insights into high-impact sales tools that drive revenue and strengthen our brand presence. This is a permanent position based in the Utrecht area (max 2 days home office per week).

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Commercial Content Excellence

• Develop and refine a premium suite of sales collateral, including interactive presentations, case studies, and tailored proposals.
• Collaborate with product and sales leads to distill technical features into clear, benefit-driven narratives for diverse customer segments.
• Provide strategic content and visual support for high-stakes bids and RFPs to ensure a competitive edge.

Global Consistency & Local Impact

• Ensure all client-facing materials across Europe reflect a unified, world-class brand identity.
• Act as a partner to regional teams to localize materials, ensuring they resonate with specific market cultures and languages.
• Orchestrate and optimize our central sales library for maximum accessibility and efficiency.

Performance & Optimization

• Monitor the adoption and effectiveness of sales materials to identify gaps and opportunities.
• Use feedback loops from the field to evolve our communication library and stay ahead of market needs.

YOUR PROFILE

• Degree in Marketing or Communications or similar/comparable with 3+ years of B2B experience, ideally within industrial tech, retail, or sustainability sectors.
• A strong commercial mindset with the ability to bridge the gap between "marketing speak" and "sales needs."
• High proficiency in visual storytelling; experience with tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or advanced PowerPoint is a significant plus.
• Exceptional command of English; additional European languages are highly valued for this cross-border role.
• You are a proactive "doer" who thrives in collaborative, multi-country environments and takes ownership of the entire content lifecycle.
