Job Responsibilities
- Identify and develop strategic sales opportunities within existing and new accounts, strengthening relationships with key stakeholders across Poland.
- Manage the full sales cycle, including pipeline generation, qualification, solution positioning, pricing, quoting, and contract negotiation.
- Orchestrate sales efforts by engaging the right experts at the right time.
- Collaborate with Solution Engineers to create long-term product strategies for NetApp's portfolio.
- Lead multiple complex sales motions with a customer-centric approach, building trust through a deep understanding of customer needs and tailored solutions.
- Leverage existing relationships to uncover new buying centers and opportunities, promoting alignment across sales and pre-sales roles.

- A proven track record in direct/indirect sales, consistently exceeding quotas and driving new business, particularly in the Polish market (preferred).
- Strong relationship-building skills with customers and partners, with the ability to understand their goals and deliver value.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills to manage multiple concurrent sales efforts.
- The ability to speak confidently about modern computing, storage, infrastructure, and cloud technologies.
- Native-level Polish and fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
