Job Summary

As a Client Executive (CE), you will own and drive all sales activities within your territory to achieve your assigned quota. You will lead the coordination of all sales and pre-sales roles across your named accounts, ensuring strong collaboration and consistent growth of NetApp's footprint.
You act as a trusted advisor to customers and partners, combining business acumen with technical understanding to maximize value and revenue in your region.

Job Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain relationship maps within accounts; expand the depth and quality of relationships with key buyers and influencers.
  • Develop strategic account plans and work closely with your assigned Account Technology Specialists to define long-term product and solution strategies across NetApp's portfolio.
  • Lead and coordinate the full sales cycle, including pipeline generation, qualification, solution design, pricing, and quoting.
  • Act as the sales orchestrator, bringing in the right experts at the right time.
  • Collaborate closely and consistently with NetApp partners on customer engagements.
  • Drive and lead partner co-selling efforts within your named accounts.
  • Support the development and onboarding of new partners within the regional ecosystem.
  • Acquire new customers and expand existing accounts.
Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, ideally within data center or infrastructure environments
  • Proven track record of exceeding quota and driving net-new business
  • Strong ability to build and maintain trusted customer and partner relationships
  • Proactive, opportunity-driven mindset with a strong focus on expanding market presence and generating new business
  • Confidence and persistence in proactive outreach and cold calling
  • Strong understanding of customer business goals and the ability to articulate value clearly
  • Ability to speak credibly about modern compute, storage, and cloud technologies
  • Relevant industry experience
  • Willingness to travel within Austria
  • Fluent in German and English
