Job Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationship maps within accounts; expand the depth and quality of relationships with key buyers and influencers.
- Develop strategic account plans and work closely with your assigned Account Technology Specialists to define long-term product and solution strategies across NetApp's portfolio.
- Lead and coordinate the full sales cycle, including pipeline generation, qualification, solution design, pricing, and quoting.
- Act as the sales orchestrator, bringing in the right experts at the right time.
- Collaborate closely and consistently with NetApp partners on customer engagements.
- Drive and lead partner co-selling efforts within your named accounts.
- Support the development and onboarding of new partners within the regional ecosystem.
- Acquire new customers and expand existing accounts.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, ideally within data center or infrastructure environments
- Proven track record of exceeding quota and driving net-new business
- Strong ability to build and maintain trusted customer and partner relationships
- Proactive, opportunity-driven mindset with a strong focus on expanding market presence and generating new business
- Confidence and persistence in proactive outreach and cold calling
- Strong understanding of customer business goals and the ability to articulate value clearly
- Ability to speak credibly about modern compute, storage, and cloud technologies
- Relevant industry experience
- Willingness to travel within Austria
- Fluent in German and English
