Your role is to bring this vision to life in the kitchen and help make every dish unforgettable.

As a Chef de Partie, you're not just cooking-you're leading by example. You take ownership of your section, ensuring consistency, creativity, and precision in everything you prepare. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, keep standards high under pressure, and bring a collaborative spirit to the kitchen. Beyond your skills, you inspire others: supporting junior chefs, sharing your knowledge, and contributing to a culture of excellence.

You'll be responsible for preparing and presenting dishes to the highest standard, managing your station with efficiency and care, and ensuring smooth cooperation with the rest of the kitchen. Your flexibility and hands-on mentality mean you're always ready to support the team where needed, while also taking pride in your craft and your responsibility.

You bring:
  • Strong experience working in a professional kitchen, ideally as a Chef de Partie or similar.
  • A genuine passion for gastronomy and hospitality.
  • Confidence in running a section and maintaining high standards.
  • Leadership qualities to guide and support junior chefs.
  • Creativity, precision, and strong attention to detail.
  • The ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
  • Team spirit and excellent communication skills.
  • Fluency in English (other languages are a strong plus).
  • Comfort working in an international, multicultural environment.

Gross monthly salary based on 40 hours/week, in accordance with the collective agreement: €2,263
