YOU WILL

Main Tasks

Project-phase (Q3-Q4 2024)

  • Steer project-Team to establish CSRD-Reporting Standards in Prinzhorn Group in the areas of Biodiversity & Ecosystems (E4) and Local “affected” Communities (S3) – qualitative and quantitative area
  • Exchange with international sites to collect needed information on status quo
  • Steer the groupwide process to define goals, policies and actions in the named areas
  • Establish the future process of reporting and updating, define roles, responsibilities and workflows

Process-phase (2025 onwards)

  • Keep Database up-to-date, constantly work on improving the process and the IT-tools involved
  • Regularly Report on changes, actions and the fulfillment of goals in the named area
  • Be central contact point for Auditors in the audit process for E4 and S3

Requirements:

  • During the project phase till end of september ideally fulltime, afterwards on a 8-10 hours/week basis
  • A valid work permit for Austria (RWR card) is required
  • Any education or additional experience ideally with focus on Biodiversity and vested interest in that area
  • Ready to work independently and take responsibility
  • Travelwillingness in Eastern Europe (projectphase approx. 10%)
  • Experience in project-management and working with different organizational levels from shopfloor to management would be beneficial
  • Fluent English and German, additional eastern-european languages would be an asset

  • Depending on your specific qualification and professional experience, we offer you an annual gross salary for a student for fulltime - 38 hours/week starting at € 33.000.
