- Assistance with organisational and administrative tasks
- Communication by e-mail and telephone
- Support in bookkeeping and accounting
- Planning and coordination of appointments and travel
- Completed compulsory schooling * Good knowledge of German and good spelling * Basic knowledge of English * Initial experience with MS Office an advantage * Accuracy and reliability * Team spirit and enjoyment of working with people * Curiosity and motivation to learn new things
