Breakfast Cook (m/f/d)

We are looking for a Breakfast Cook (m/f/d) to join our Kitchen Brigade at our Miiro Vienna hotels.

Miiro Hotels in Vienna are seeking a talented and motivated Breakfast Cook to join our kitchen team, supporting our second hotel in the 7th district. We pride ourselves on creating thoughtful, quality-driven guest experiences-from breakfast to evening plates-with a strong focus on seasonal ingredients, sustainability, and creativity.

What this role will in entail

• Daily preparation of high-quality breakfast pastries and cakes as well as pizza dough with precision and consistency.
• Close collaboration with the Head Chef in the creation and development of desserts for the dinner service.
• Preparation of the pastry line for the evening service (no dinner shift required).
• Support during breakfast service, working alongside the kitchen and front-of-house teams.
• Ensuring cleanliness and organization of the pastry section in full compliance with hygiene and food safety regulations (HACCP).
• Monitoring stock levels and ingredients, with a focus on quality control and waste reduction.
• Contributing to a positive and collaborative kitchen environment

Working Hours:
Day shifts only - involved in morning preparation and setting up the evening dessert line (no evening service required)

What you bring to the table

• Experience in a similar role, preferably in upscale or boutique hotel kitchens
• Strong knowledge in dough fermentation processes (bread and pizza).
• Creativity, attention to detail, and a high standard of presentation.
• Good knowledge of food hygiene (HACCP certification a plus)
• Ability to work across two properties with flexibility and organisation
• Team spirit and reliability
• Conversational German or English skills (both is a plus)

The starting salary for this position with relevant education is based on the collective bargain agreement for employees in the hotel and hospitality industry and amounts to a minimum of €2,263,- gross per month. If you have relevant professional experience, you are guaranteed to be paid above the minimum.
