Resideo is seeking a driven and ambitious Brand Ambassador (m/f/d) in Vienna or Lower Austria region to strengthen our market presence across Eastern and Southern Austria and throughout all of Austria. In this newly created role, you will be the face of our brand across Austria's key metropolitan areas. Resideo is a global leader in residential water and heating solutions. Our strong brands Honeywell Home and Braukmann are widely established across Europe.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone at the beginning of their sales career who wants to develop commercial expertise while driving brand awareness, engage directly with installers and trade partners, and support promotional activities across the country.
This is a highly field-based role where you will build strong, lasting customer relationships and ensure Resideo products remain front of mind within the trade. Importantly, you will be working closely with existing Resideo customers and long-standing wholesale partners - no cold calling is required. Instead, your focus will be on developing and growing these relationships, increasing product visibility, and maximising sales opportunities within your assigned region.
We are looking for a confident, outgoing self-starter who enjoys meeting new people and is motivated to build a long-term career in sales (German and English required).

JOB DUTIES:
- Increase brand and product awareness across HVAC/plumbing distributors
- Conduct regular branch visits and audits to ensure promotional initiatives are executed effectively
- Support counter staff and help them become on-site "mini brand ambassadors"
- Build and nurture strong relationships with branch managers, counter sales teams and installers
- Plan and execute regional promotional events (breakfast sessions, trade days, in-store events, etc.)
- Support campaigns and regional social-media activities
- Set up POS materials and attractive in-store product displays
- Conduct product demonstrations and basic in-store trainings
- Report customer visits, opportunities, and activities in our CRM
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity across Austria
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A confident, outgoing personality with the ability to build rapport quickly
- A proactive mindset and the ability to work independently in a field-based role
- Fluent German & English
- Strong organizational skills and territory management
- The ability to learn and confidently present technical product information
- Confidence using social media platforms for professional engagement and brand visibility
- A full driving license
- Experience in field marketing, promotions, sales, or events is an advantage
- Previous experience in customer-facing roles (retail, hospitality, promotions or sales)
- Exposure to field sales, merchandising, events or brand activation activities
- A results-driven mindset with a willingness to learn and take initiative
