What you'll do:
  • As member of the Bioprocess Product and Application Support group (BPAS) you will be part of a highly motivated team and the first point of contact in EMEA for all technical inquiries related to the Bioprocess portfolio, from upstream to downstream technologies.
  • As part of the commercial organization, you will lead technical discussions with customers and troubleshoot technical/application issues on the full Cytiva Bioprocess product portfolio
  • Work in in Salesforce (SFDC) Case Management
  • Ensure timely written and/or verbal communication to internal and external customers specific to product
  • Drive urgent resolution for customer product complaints while maintaining accurate records in our digital Quality Management System, escalate critical risk complaints as appropriate
  • Assist external and internal customers with product documentation, certificates, validation guides, datasheets, regulatory related inquires, etc.
  • You will work desk based with occasional customer visits
Who you are:
  • Master / bachelor's in engineering or science
  • Experience in Biotechnology related hardware, software and consumables
  • Good at building trust with customers and peers by coordinating and presenting solutions to customers, considering insights from other internal teams
  • Positive attitude and ability to embrace change
  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written are essential.
  • Fluency in two or more European languages
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
  • Technical sales experience (field or desk based)
The salary for this full-time position is approximately €63,000 gross annual salary, depending on qualifications and professional experience.
A bonus is included as part of this position.
