- Gross annual salary between EUR 36,950 and EUR 55,425 (full-time, 14 installments) - your placement within the range reflects your qualifications and professional experience

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Coordinating the entire banquet department to ensure smooth daily operations
- Being responsible for the banquet service process
- Alternating between early shifts, seminar support, event service (no à la carte)
- Completing tasks independently and reliably
- Providing courteous and friendly service to our guests
- Taking on hosting duties
- Cooperating with colleagues from other departments
- Working according to HACCP standards
- Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung (Gastronomie)
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bankettbereich in einer leitenden Position
- Enthusiastische und gästeorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Pünktlichkeit und Zuverlässigkeit
- Initiative, Einsatzbereitschaft und Teamgeist
- Deutsch- oder Englischkenntnisse (Deutschkenntnisse bevorzugt)
