Assistant to Managers Category Management CEE
BILLA Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) is part of REWE International AG and manages the REWE supermarket business in Bulgaria, Lithuania, Slovakia and Czech Republic with more than 800 stores and over 20.000 employees. As a member of our Category Management CEE team, you will be a key contact person to upper management and other departments within the REWE organization, mainly in the CEE countries and manage the schedules and communications of the Managers Category Management CEE in a transparent way.
YOUR TASKS – AS DIVERSE AS OUR GROUP
- coordinating activities and events of the CM teams (centrally and cross-country), incl. protocoling
- communication interface between the Head Office and other REWE Group entities
- administration and office-management
- travel arrangements and meetings scheduling of Managers CM
- preparing presentations
- coordination of Onboardings and trainings within CM CEE
YOUR PROFILE – AS STRONG AS OUR BRANDS
- proven experience as a management assistant or other relevant administrative support experience.
- bachelor's Degree in Business Management (preferred)
- in-depth understanding of entire MS Office suite.
- proficiency in English and German languages
- ability to organize a daily workload by priorities.
- must be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced quickly changing environment.
- professional level verbal and written communications skills.
- outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
- experience in category management and purchasing is an advantage
