We are looking for an Anti-Fraud Team Leader who combines strong fraud expertise with hands-on coordination and leadership in an international environment.

You will lead a high-performing team of professionals across anti-fraud operations and projects, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence. You will work closely with senior leaders and play an active role in an exceptional network of professionals across the countries where the UniCredit Group operates.

What you'll be doing

Team coordination & leadership

  • Functional coordination of an international fraud team, fostering trust, accountability, and collaboration
  • Support and guide team members in project delivery and daily operational topics for fraud prevention, monitoring and handling
  • Act as first point of contact for relevant fraud topics and as responsible of the anti-fraud team
  • Support onboarding, knowledge sharing, and continuous skill development within the team
  • Promote a constructive feedback culture and act as role model in an international environment
Fraud management & operational responsibilities

  • Fraud risk analysis of bank processes in close collaboration with specialist departments
  • Planning, coordination, and follow-up of measures to minimize fraud risks
  • Analysis and assessment of fraud cases, including deriving preventive actions
  • Technical fraud-management project support for system, product, or process implementations
  • Steering and contributing to fraud-related publications and security awareness platforms
  • Design and implementation of internal and external awareness measures (e.g. trainings, publications, customer information)
Stakeholder & management interface

  • Preparation of reports and decision papers for local and Group management and/or Management Board
  • Management of fraud KRI & KPI defining concrete actions to maintain below pre-defined thresholds
  • Active stakeholder management with internal units, Group functions, and external partners
  • Foster collaboration across departments and with law enforcement authorities
  • Provide competent feedback and assessments on relevant fraud-related legislation and regulations
  • Support management decision-making by providing clear risk assessments and recommendations
What you'll need to succeed

  • Minimum 3 years in a similar position, leading a team in Anti-Fraud area in the financial sector
  • Excellent written and spoken German and English
  • Very good understanding of banking products and end-to-end processes, with a strong focus on digital channels
  • Self-driven personality with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a structured approach and with strong accountability, integrity and caring of colleagues and customers
  • Openness to continuous learning in a fast-changing threat landscape
  • Ability to make sound decisions quickly, also in high-pressure situations
  • Mother-tongue German is an advantage

We will agree on what you can actually earn with us in the interview! At least EUR 65.000,00 gross according to the collective agreement for 38.5 hours per week.
