What You'll Do
- Lead and grow your team, setting clear goals and a high standard
- Take full ownership of your area: you make the calls, you own the results
- Move fast, ship, and improve as you go instead of waiting for perfect
- Work hands-on with other departmend such as Product, Operations, and Marketing in Vienna
- Bring your player perspective into every decision, because you're building the gear you play with
- An active airsoft player who knows the fields, the gear, and what the community actually wants
- Experienced leading a team and comfortable owning outcomes
- The type who takes responsibility instead of passing it on
- Comfortable owning processes without turning them into bureaucracy
- Your hobby is your job: create products you and your friends actually play with
- Real ownership: your decisions shape the products and the company

- Minimum salary per the collective agreement: €2,879 gross/month (38.5h, full-time).
Final salary is market-based, depending on your experience and qualifications.
- 2+ years leading a team, and you're comfortable owning the outcome, not just the task
- You make the call and stand behind it. Responsibility doesn't scare you, it motivates you
- You move fast, communicate direct, but have the sensibility to lead a team
- You're an active airsoft player who knows the fields, the gear, and what the community actually wants
- English at C1 or higher. German is a plus, not a requirement
- You bring your player perspective into every decision, because you're building gear you actually use on the field
