About the Role
We're looking for a proactive Admin / Personal Assistant to support the daily operations of our team. This temporary role (1-3 months) offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in an international remote environment, with a strong potential to become permanent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organise digital filing systems and update office databases
- Support the Chief Admin Officer with daily administrative tasks
- Communicate effectively with internal teams
- Manage emails and digital correspondence
- Create and edit documents and presentations
- Prioritise daily tasks to meet deadlines
- Ensure smooth, efficient day-to-day operations

- Able to work independently and under pressure
- Previous admin experience is a plus
- English - excellent, German - good
Details:
- Contract type: Temporary (1-3 months)
- Working hours: 7 hours/day between 10:00 and 18:00 (flexible)
- Location: Fully remote
- Compensation: approx. €3,260-€3,490 per month
- Potential for permanent hire: Yes
- Equipment: Must have own laptop and internet
- Note: Must be registered under a Limited Company (UK-based business), comfortable using WhatsApp for quick communication
