Your Role

• Identify potential licensees and initiate discussions on business opportunities
• Lead negotiations and build business relationships with External Stakeholders
• Leverage the relationships with External Stakeholders and build alliances and maintain relationships with existing and potential licensee acquirers
• Manage the operational activities and relationships of the team
• Liaise with the Business department at the European Headquarters to develop specific campaigns and promotions
• Represent and profile the company at conferences and meetings to promote the company within the local market
• Provide reports on the progress of business objectives and other business indices as requested by management on a timely basis and attend monthly management meetings
• Manage the assigned branch sales team to ensure achievement on the team’s KPI’s
• Build and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders in the European branches, European Headquarters, and Tokyo Headquarters
• Travel as required to perform business activities

Your Profil

• Minimum Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Sales & Marketing experience in Financial Services required; Payment Card Industry experience is desirable
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in German and English (spoken and written)
• Intermediate or advanced proficiency in the MS Office Package
• Strong presentation skills, articulate, able to communicate clearly at all levels
• Demonstrable analytical and data interpretation skills
• Customer development and relationship management skills
• Strong leadership skills
• Resourceful in resolving issues and solving problems, leveraging resources to get results
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
• Must have a clean credit history and no criminal record

We guarantee a competitive salary dependent on your professional and personal qualifications, starting at € 60.000 gross per year for this position, in accordance with the respective collective agreement. Salary requests above this amount will be considered depending on your previous experience and qualifications.
