This is a Modern 4* Hotel in Velden area.
Most of the rooms have a lake view and the Hotel is perfect for both Business or Family summer holidays.
The restaurant offers Modern European cuisine, Steaks, Sushi, Grill but also fusion with some Asian, Thai, Japanese dishes and Austrian local cuisine.
We are looking for Chefs de Partie Hot Section to join the team for the Summer 2025 Season
Starting date: Immediately
Finishing date: 15/09/2025

Salary package: 2,400 EUR/NET ( after tax ) + FREE accommodation+ tips

We are looking for Chefs de Partie Hot Section to join the team for the Summer 2025 Season
Starting date: Immediately

Key Responsibilities
- Rotate between hot kitchen stations, supporting peak service and covering absences
- Prepare and present dishes aligned with modern European standards and hotel expectations
- Maintain strict hygiene and food safety protocols (HACCP)
- Collaborate closely with the Sous Chef and Head Chef to refine menus and mise-en-place
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as Chef de Partie or Tournant, ideally in a 4* or 5* hotel or fine-dining setting
- Strong skills in the hot section; well-versed in modern European cooking techniques
- Flexibility and adaptability to cover multiple stations
- Passion for quality ingredients, seasonal produce, and sustainability
- Professional kitchen conduct, with attention to cleanliness and detail
- Fluent in English (German is an advantage but not required)
